At Pianisso, we strive to provide high-quality digital sheet music and resources for piano enthusiasts. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the product has been downloaded.
Exceptions:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase. We will gladly issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchased sheet music, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement download.
Non-Refundable Items:
Pianisso Pro Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel your membership at any time to avoid future charges.
Sale Items or Promotional Offers: Sheet music purchased during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund:
If you believe your purchase meets the criteria for a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the original purchase date. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
